Trogs (The Royal Oak Golf Society), Boothstown, Manchester, was re-formed in March 2009, having existed on 2 previous occasions in the past.

Originally consisting of 16 members, we will be expanding the membership to 20 members this year (2010).

We meet every sunday morning, between the end of march / start of april, till end of september / start of october, trying to  visit different courses each week. Playing Stableford rules, we have a league system, with the top 10 players getting points, ie 1st getting 10, 2nd 9pts etc.We meet and tee off between the early hours of 6am and 7-30am.
